How do I make a reservation?  To place a booking  you must contact us by phone.

When should I book an event?  Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.  It is recommended you book as early so that you can have first choice of date and time. 

Is a deposit required?  A credit card or a nonrefundable $50 deposit is required to place a booking.  Please be mindful that once a booking is taken you are placed on our schedule and all other inquiries for that date and time are turned away.  Large events require a contact.

What type of payment do you accept?  We accept all types of payments except personal checks.

Do you take last minute bookings?  Sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute bookings into our schedule. 

Are you licensed, insured, and how long have you been in business?  We are licensed, insured, and have been performing for children in Hampton Roads since 1991. 

Do you perform outdoors?  We can and do perform outdoors.

Do you have any discounts or specials?  We are proud to offer a variety of professional children's entertainment services at very affordable prices.  We offer combo packages, multiple entertainer discounts, and additional hours at substantial savings.

What entertainment skills do you possess?  We perform using a variety of skills including comedy magic, costume characters, juggling, unicycling, temporary tattoos, balloon animals, games and dance, etc.  Jelly Bean was sought out by Ringing Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus in 1999 for his outstanding entertainment skills.

What types of events do you perform for?  We perform at any type of  engagement imaginable. This includes birthday parties, corporate events, festivals, business promotions, day cares, library shows,  schools, reunions, etc.
 
Are you a booking agency?  No, this cuts out a third party and allows us to provide quality services at affordable prices.

Is face painting offered?  Face painted children can stained costume characters, furniture, carpet, clothing, etc.  We provide assorted temporary tattoos.

Do costumed characters always have an assistant?  Costume characters do not speak and have limited vision.  The assistant aids with communication and moving about.   

Are there any additional fees?  Birthday party pricing is for up to 25 children.  It's $2 per additional child/adult receiving a balloon animal and/or temporary tattoo.  Prices posted on this website are discounted and payments with credit cards have an additional fee.

Should I tip the entertainer, and what is an appropriate gratuity?  Gratuities are appreciated and are NOT already included in our package prices. Like most services, an appropriate gratuity ranges from 15% and up.
