Booking Policies and Event Tips

BOOKING/RESERVATIONS
Please contact us by phone to book a date.  Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability.  A credit card or non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to make a booking.  Once a booking is taken you are placed on our schedule and all other inquiries for that date and time are turned away.  We do not reserve rain dates.  Final payment is due upon arrival.  Large events may require a contract.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Pricing is subject to change without notice and customers already booked will receive the lower rate.

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled the deposit is forfeit or a $50 cancellation fee is due. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Electrical outlet is required for theme music and stage shows.  Stilt walker and unicycle requires a level hard surface.  In warm weather we reserve the right to escort the character away from the event to take short breaks if necessary.  For safety, characters do not hold infants in their arms.

EVENT TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

  • It is recommended that we arrive at least one half hour after guests to allow for latecomers.
  • Adults are encouraged to supervise the children. 
  • Please be ready to start the show on time as we may have other appointments scheduled later in the day.
  • Performances can be done outdoors.  Adequate shade/shelter is suggested especially during summer months.  If seating is not available, we recommended a blanket or tarp be provided if the ground is damp or wet.  A contingency plan is also recommended if inclement weather approaches.
  • It is helpful to have a place to park that is close for unloading equipment.  This allows for a faster setup.
  • If the room contains a coffee table it is advisable to remove it for our performance.
  • Name tags are helpful in communicating with children.
  • It is preferred that children not eat during the magic show as there is lots of audience participation.
  • If a child does not want to participate in the activities, please do not force them to do so.  This only adds to their anxiety.
  • If your event/party is on a military installation it is advised you meet us at the gate.
  • Gratuities are appreciated.  Like most services, an appropriate gratuity ranges from 15% and up.
